SNOW!!

I woke up at 5:30 am. It was dark out and the roads were wet. No snow on my drive out to Tammy's. Got Tam ready, we noticed it started to snow around 7:50 am. It wasn't coming down hard at that point. Around 8 am in started to stick! Needless to say I had a snowy drive home. The minute I turned onto OK highway, I noticed a snow plow hot on my heels. I wanted to drive in the fresh snow so I was glad I was ahead of him. :)  Made it home safely.  Got word that Church was cancelled. I was shocked. We didn't get nearly as much snow as Graham did.  I believe the Graham stake didn't cancel church. Tam says us city folk are pansies. Our kids are on mid winter break this week. They have Monday-Wednesday off.  We are getting our passports on Wednesday morning. Dentist appointments Tuesday morning for the kids. Anyway, enjoy the pretty snow! I don't like driving in it even if I grew up in this stuff. Ha ha !!

here cougar!

After getting Tam ready dark and early this morning, she followed me out when I was leaving to go see if the cougar was hungry for her.  She didn't succeed at death today.  There's always tomorrow Tam! By the way, it was 27 degrees out this morning. On my drive home, I saw a car slid on ice on military road and crashed into the side of the mountain. Glad it wasn't me.! On a side note, Daryle
singletary died this am. He  was in his 40's! He was famous for " I let her lie"

I love this quote! It is so true!! I can't tell you how many prayers were said in Parkland Hospital in Dallas Texas almost 16 years ago!

Aaron and Richie

These guys are down at the office working hard! The office is going to be completed by today. Texturing the new wall and then they are painting the entire front area a new color. Lots of work to be done! I can't wait to see the end result.

cousin and friend time

Kingston sure loves having kids over to play whether it is cousins or friends. Brandon got here yesterday and ended up sleeping over at Kingston's request.  Now they are playing all day and had donuts for breakfast from happy donuts. YUMMY!!   Kingston's friend Aiden came over for a couple hours and played with the boys. I took a few pics. One from last night and today.

shut up John

I have been laughing the past couple days about one of our employees, Marissa. She is hilarious! She will be talking to one of our vendor's and if she doesn't like what they're saying, after she hangs up with them, she will say, " Shut up John" I think I am slap happy from lack of sleep or something cause I was laughing ridiculously at that. I guess you had to be there too to think it was funny. Ha ha.

Grandpa/Dad visit

It is always a fun time when Grandpa/Dad comes to our house to visit. He dropped off a huge cardboard box for the kids to play in. It is a box from a fridge. They love it! I always like seeing/hearing the "big dodge" . It always puts a smile on my face. I love that truck. Lots of memories there. Dad enjoyed looking at the Chevelle and thanks Dad for welding that piece for Aaron. It was perfect!  Grandpa walked to the bus stop with me and Ava to get the kids. The kids were sure surprised to see Grandpa there! Thanks for the fun afternoon Dad!

Target

I went to Target today to pick up a prescription. She rang it up and it was over $70! For one medication! I said, Why is it so expensive? It is usually $4 only. She said something about if it is run through insurance which we don't have, it made the price higher. So you all are getting ripped off on your prescriptions just to let you know. I took a pic of the screen cause I was shocked at the price! Speak up and don't get ripped off is my advice. It ended up being $15  for a 90 day supply instead of $70 for a 30 day supply!! Unreal.

sleepy heads

I have been going to get Tam ready every morning since Sunday. Lisa is out of commission. I wake up every morning around 4-4:30. I think I got there right around 4:45 this morning! I am home usually before anyone is even out of bed! It is fun talking to Tam every morning and singing " real love" and talking about how our legs are twins etc.. We have a good time! Anyway, I took these pictures of my babies this morning.

Office addition

Aaron is working on the conference room of our office. It is looking good! Also, Ava, our bulldog just loves me! She follows me around the whole office and lays by my feet. She is a doll.

4 miler

Well, it has been awhile since I have ran! I love running, everyone who knows me knows that. I got in a 4 miler today. The weather was perfect. Not too hot and not too cold. I was actually too hot wearing my sweatshirt.  I even saw a cute caterpillar.

Crazy Dogg

I was driving this afternoon and turned around to see Ava Lou snuggled in Kylee's car seat. She is crazed.  I was laughing so hard when I saw her doing this!
