Cute lil kindergartner
Kylee brought this home from school today. She is so cute. I love that she wrote about our dog. She is a sweetheart. She has been sick this past week. She is fighting a fever and bad cough. Kind of think she got what I had about a month ago. It was bad stuff! Kingston and I are getting ready to go to scouts. We are having an end of the year ice cream party. Should be fun. I also ran 6 miles today and yesterday. I am running with my friend, Melanie Payne in the morning tomorrow. She told me she can't keep up with me and I can run by myself at my own pace and then meet up after the run. I thought that was funny. I am looking forward to our run tomorrow morning! Super nice weather today. Hope ya'll enjoyed it. Supposed to be nice again tomorrow.

Our friend JT stopped by our house yesterday to show us his new dog named Olly. He is a hyper puppy! Kylee was loving it! She was laughing and having fun! Here is a picture of them.

Here is a picture of Andrea and the latest picture of what she looks like. She is homeless in Orange county California. It breaks my heart to see her look so terrible. To think her own Mother doesn't care about her , hurts my heart. Mental illness is no joke. I just wish she could get the help she needs.

Surprise, I am back!
Well, it has been awhile! I love my blog, but it isn't letting me download my pictures from my phone to my blog directly. So frustrating. I will update a few posts here. We are coming to the end of another school year. Kindergarten graduation for Kylee and 4th grade graduation for Kingston. Kingston just did his presentation today on the Seattle Space Needle! He wrote a report, made a mobile, and did a power point presentation. He told me he did really well and I believe him. He is so smart, I only helped him a little bit with his report and mobile. Kylee has improved a lot in her reading and will be ready to take on 1st grade in the fall.
Business is going well for us. Aaron just did a professional video business card and it is currently on facebook right now under his name. I will see if I can post it here too. The Chevelle is almost ready. Except the interior still needs to be all done, but mechanically, it is cherry! Aaron started it up the other day and the whole house rumbled. It is a powerful engine! So excited to drive in it this summer hopefully! We have also been busy this past week doing yard work and weed pulling and tree trimming. It is looking really good. Aaron also re did our front outside porch/stairs. He replaced rotten wood and re-stained it. It looks really nice. Up next, the deck!

Mom is in the hospital
It has been awhile since I have posted on my blog. Mom is going on day 4 of being at Good Sam hospital in Puyallup. She went to the ER Monday morning with pain in the upper abdominal area.
She thought it was another bleeding ulcer like the past. They got her back right away which was lucky! There were only like 2 other people in the ER waiting room it seemed. So glad she got to go back so quickly! They did a CT abdomen but it showed nothing. They admitted her because she had a positive hemocult. Day two they did an endoscopy and while doing that procedure, Mom aspirated in her lungs and they called it aspiration pneumonia. She hadn't eaten for 2 days , just liquid diet and they found a ton of food in her stomach just sitting there. It had no where to escape cause they found that there was scar tissue covering where the food should go to get digested. A total mess! They also found a fold somewhere and unfolded and stretched it and Mom now feels a whole lot better! Every time the digestive Dr. comes in with Mom , I am there. :) So, he was telling me all this. She just got moved up to the oncology floor (6th floor) and is doing so much better. The bleeding has stopped but she still has a really bad headache( migraines) and " kicky legs". She said the nebulizer tx that they give her causes her legs to kick and be restless. We asked the Dr. to give her something for headaches that won't cause bleeding. We shall see! There is also an outside catheter they are using for Mom so she doesn't have to get up to pee every time she has to go. I said, we need that for Tam! It is pretty cool! It is like a pad that sucks up the urine. I brought her broccoli cheddar soup from Panera. She loved it and said it tasted so good. Dad was savage and parked in the valet parking without being a valet. :) We were laughing hard about that. Here is to hoping Mom is on the mend and may get to go home soon!! Our kids are on spring break this week and have gone to visit Grandma every day in the hospital. They pray every night for her not to die. :) Here are a few pics that I took from the last few days.

New Conference room at Main Street!
We have been doing a lot of upgrades to our office. We now have an official conference room! It is really nice! We got the conference table and chairs on offer up from Armstrong fitness last week. Aaron and Richie worked hard on this and it turned out great! Here are a few pictures I took today. Notice our Main Street sign behind Richie on the wall too. It is super cool!

Winter snow
I love the prettiness of the snow but hate driving in it and I am so paranoid now after my accident last year. Or has it been 2 years? Time flies. It sure is coming down right now at our house. I feel so bad because I haven't been able to help get Tammy ready in the mornings because of this cursed weather and my fear of driving on ice. I would rather it be fluffy snow and no ice, then I wouldn't mind driving my subaru on it. I am almost positive school will be cancelled tomorrow. Our kids have been on mid winter break this week so what is a couple more days? We took a nice family walk with the dog tonight in the snow around our neighborhood. It was so fun and peaceful. I love watching the snow fall. Curse Punksutawney for 6 more weeks of winter!! We got our passports done today and our pictures turned out horrible. Ha ha. It is like a horrible drivers license picture. They don't let you smile in the passport photo's and it was really hard for me not to smile. I always have a permanent smile on . :) Well, I hope this weather passes quickly. This photo was taken earlier this evening, after our walk. It is still coming down so I think we will be in for a surprise of more snow in the am.!! Be safe everyone and I am truly sorry Mom, Dad , and Tammy for not being able to help you! It is killing me!! Dentist
Kingston and Kylee had dental appointments this morning. We tried out Comfort dental in Puyallup with Dr. Blacker. He is my good friends husband in my ward. The kids had an exam, x-rays and a cleaning. All for only $38!!! I don't think he charged us for the cleaning. He is super cool like that. Ha ha. He used to be Kingston's primary teacher. It was a good thing I went back there because they forgot to put the radiation apron on Kylee! She was getting the camera all situated and putting the xray in her mouth and I said, " aren't you going to put that apron on her? I do want grand kids some day" . She was like, " oh, thanks so much, I can't believe I forgot that!" Unbelievable!! I hope I didn't sound too rude, but come on! Do your flippin job man. Kingston is getting the start of one cavity on the lower right tooth. He also gave us a referral to see an orthodontist. Braces look like they might be in Kingston's future. How much are braces anyway? He is sending us to orthodontic excellence in Puyallup by Dr. Ehlen's office. Kylee hated the x rays and was shoving the lady's hand out of her mouth and gagging like her mom and Grandpa. :) I was laughing so hard cause I do the same thing. Ha ha. They couldn't even get the xrays on Kylee. It was hilarious. Anyway, what a day. It is snowing right now too. I am ready for summer. Ha ha.
