Happy birthday Kingston!

Today Kingston turned 10!!! I can't even believe it. I remember 10 years ago waiting for our baby! We thought we might never have kids in this life and 10 years ago that changed! Kingston was our miracle!! We are so glad he chose to come to our family!! We love this boy so much!! He is loved by everyone that meets him! He lights up the room when he walks in. I really miss him being little and saying " wateh" for water and just being little. He decided he is too old for a friend party now. So, he is just going to celebrate with family. We are going to take him to his favorite sushi restaurant tonight. He was at cub scout day camp all day and then has swimming lessons too! Happy birthday to our favorite boy in the whole world!! By the way, my favorite picture of Dad and Kingston is the one of Dad crying tears of joy!

Kenny Chesney Concert

Derrinda and I went to the Kenny Chesney concert last Saturday night at century link stadium in Seattle. We had a great time! It was hilarious watching all the drunkards. We had pretty horrible seats up in the nose bleeds but it was still fun. I also got free parking instead of paying $20. So that was awesome. I scored a sweet Kenny Chesney hat too! I have great luck , what can I say? We also had cousin Brandon over yesterday most of the day playing with Kingston. They are best buds. It is Kingston's  10th birthday tomorrow and I can't even believe it!! I took a few sweet pics at the concert. My favorite was when David Lee Murphy came out and sang " party crowd" with Kenny. That song is country to me!! I miss the old days of real country.

Cow appreciation day/ Cub scout day camp

We had a fun Tuesday! Kingston attended his first day of cub scout day camp! It was fun because he saw his old friends from the Sumner ward. Tripp and Gabe and Randy Fuller, Tripp's dad was the den leader for them! Too cool! Kingston made me a leather key chain and Kylee a bracelet. He shot a bb gun and had a pretty good time. He did say that all the boys were so immature. Kingston has always been mature for his age. He has 3 more days of camp. I will be volunteering the last 2 days. Kylee is going with me and will be a junior camper.  So, today was cow appreciation day at Chik fil A. We go every year. It is only our 2nd year going to this but we all got dressed up and went for dinner! You can't beat free food! We love Chik fil A!! I went and stopped by our 4

plex to see how it is coming along. The new carpet got installed today! It is nice and brand new!  The cleaning lady was there too while I stopped by. She is making it really nice and pretty. Richie and Kyle will love living there. They are moving in this Friday!!! So excited for them !!!

FHE/ Birthday's /Graduation

We had a really nice and yummy dinner last night at Mom, Dad, and Tammy's. Kingston got spoiled once again. We sure do love our boy!  He needs to stop growing up. Ha ha. Happy Independence day!!

We went for a family bike ride/run last night on the trail. It was fun. I love the trail and this time of year it is so pretty out. Kylee is a little champ. She never complained like Kingston and pedaled her little heart out for 2 miles! Kingston on the other hand was complaining the entire time. He hates exercise. Ha ha. We put our American flag up a few days ago on our deck. It is awesome! The fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays! The kids are so excited for fireworks they have been doing a few for the past couple days. Sparklers etc.. Anyway, here are a few pictures of the last few days. Aaron's Chevelle isn't ready to drive because he is waiting on a part for the rear end of the car. It is killing us cause we want to drive it! He did receive most of his interior kit though. So, little things need to be completed. Grandpa, we are coming for you for that ride soon!  Anyway, hope everyone has a great 4th today! Kingston is excited his birthday is in 7 days! 10 years old is hard to believe! I can't even believe it!

Church

Happy Sabbath all!  We had a nice Sunday. The kids love it when they get to bring a " visitor " to church. It was fun getting to watch them in primary getting sung to. Kylee was a bit tired as you can see from the pictures. The cutest thing was that Kingston wanted to hold Kylee. Those two have a tight bond.  Anyway, I took a few pictures . Dr. Ehlen was in sacrament meeting with his wife! Rare sight to see that ! Ha ha. It was pretty low numbers today. I guess cause it is the 4th of July coming up. Either that or people are dropping like flies.

Tacoma Rainier's baseball game

Kingston and I went to the Tacoma rainiers game last night. We took Kingston's friends, Maddy and Austin. Their Dad is over in Afghanistan and has been for about a year.(military)  So, we haven't seen them in awhile and invited them and they were excited. Austin even brought his glove to catch a fly ball. It was Little Caesars pizza night so one of the highlights was the mascot race around the bases. Rhubarb was kicking little caesars can but then some fan knocked him down with a bat and pizza guy won. It was rigged cause if the pizza mascot won , everyone gets free crazy bread with their tickets. So we get free crazy bread! It was a fun. We are taking the kids to church with us today. These kids are our old neighbors.

Wednesday

This picture was taken in front of Lowes. The kids thought it was fun to take a picture on a riding lawnmower. They sure are cute! Kingston had swimming at the YMCA  tonight so I ran and got 2 miles in. Ha ha. 2 boys were messing around walking on the track and came into my lane when I was running and ticked me off so I pushed one of the boys and said, "watch it" Ha ha. They got in trouble by one of the workers that saw it. It reminded me that I am a Stone and don't mess with our running when we are running indoors. I have been on a George Strait kick lately. It seems like every song he ever sang is awesome!! I miss the real country songs on the radio. They play nothing but crap now.

Monday

Boy, it felt like a Monday today! Kingston went to board game/chess camp this morning at Lakeridge middle school. He only has 3 days of it left. He really enjoyed it and I laughed cause he said there were a lot of  "nerds" there. Ha ha. I was at the office all day. Richie is in Utah right now so I had to work. Ha ha. He sure was missed! We are super busy right now.  We had to go to our duplex tonight by costco and weed wack the side yard it was so long and ridiculous. Aaron also fixed the dishwasher brackets and switched out a shower head and put some non slip tape on the front stairs. We picked some yummy rainier cherries from our neighbors tree last night. I love rainier cherries! Anyway, that is about it for now. We are staying busy as ever!

Fun day with Mom

I took the kids to see Incredibles 2 in Bonney Lake theater. It was a cute movie. Afterwards, we decided to go check out the brand new Costco. It was really nice and new! They sell cheeseburgers there at their cafe. They also have self serve kiosks for the food court. Pretty cool! Anyway, it was crazy, because I hear someone say, "Juliet"! I look up and it is Ms. Balzaretti, Kylee's kindergarten teacher!! She heard Kylee's voice and recognized her voice and looked up. It was cool! She was a really great teacher! We will miss her. Kylee was excited to see her. Our 4plex is vacant on June 29th. We are kicking out previous tenants for having a dog and smoking pot on the balcony. Good riddance to them! We already have an application for someone who wants to move in July 1st!! I am so glad. Anyway, summer is officially here and we all slept in like lazy suckers. Happy first day of summer for us! Even though, yesterday was officially the first day of summer. Ha ha.

Saying Goodbye

I went to pick up the kids at the school on their last day today and I wasn't expecting to be bawling! Kingston had to say goodbye to his best friend, Francisco Jara. They had a hard time saying goodbye. Francisco will be moving up north and won't be at the school in the fall and it was pretty heartbreaking. Francisco had tears running down his cheeks and then Kingston started to cry and then I started to cry!! I got Francisco's phone number , but chances are we will never see him again. It is so hard to say goodbye to a good friend, even in 4th grade! I am so glad Kingston is kind to everyone and makes good friends.

Last day of 4th grade and kindergarten!

I took this picture this morning of the cute kids.  I asked them if they were excited it was the last day of school and they both said NO!! Ha ha. They will miss their friends they told me.  Anyway, we have some fun stuff planned this summer and will stay busy. I pick them up at noon today and summer starts! Also, happy birthday to Lisa!
