Moses Lake Triathlon

We took off yesterday afternoon and headed to Eastern Washington. It was a gorgeous drive and really cool to see a different part of Washington. The drive was like 3 hours and the kids did really well, however, we were so ready to get out of the truck and be home today.  We saw Uncle Michael driving his yellow CBR  on the 167. He was heading to Bellevue for a gig and we were coming back home. Anyway, I drove the whole way home. Aaron did really well in his olympic distance triathlon. He did it in 2 hrs 22 min.  He got 29th overall and 5th in his age group. There was a snake in the water as you can see in the picture as Aaron was coming out of the swim portion. Water Mocassain!!  We double checked the results when we got home. We ate sushi last night and went swimming in the hotel pool and played at the park. We ate ice cream at a really cool place and had Mexican food for lunch. Kekoa even went with us. He slept in the cab of the truck last night. Way to go Aaron! Great job today. After we got home, I checked some messages for management and then went on a 7 mile run! Gorgeous weather today!! Love it!
