Hotel swimming/Iron Kids race
We stayed up in Everett two nights before the half Iron man. They had a kids Iron kids race Saturday morning. Kingston, Noah, and Karli all ran in it. I ran with Kingston and it was 1/2 mile. Kingston ran the entire way but not without complaining.I talked him through it and he got a cool tech shirt and medal.

Good Job, Kingston. Proud of you for running the whole 1/2 mile. I know it was tough but you did it!
I like the picture of Kingston with his medal around his neck- he's real proud.
